The designed boutique is an area distributed on two levels, ground floors with an area of (25) square meters. It includes the functions of the main entrance, reception, cashier, stair, Fitting room, and a set of internal and external display stands and facades. While the first floor has an area of (100) square meters and includes the same functions as the ground floor, but with a larger quantity.
The spaces, architectural blocks, forms and shapes employed in the design were studied to optimally invest the available space that serves the required function and the desired requirements in a bold manner and a clear challenge due to the narrowness of the space, its different directions and the large number of columns and barriers within it. Graceful formations, kinetic relation, and extended and continuous curved lines have been adopted in a clear effort to connect the two levels with each other with a unified and continuous visual composition, a lively and sometimes noisy atmosphere, and appropriate to the nature of the specialization.
The staircase was studied in a distinctive manner that encourages the customer to go up and complete his tour of the place and explore its various activities. This was done by employing a number of architectural formations distributed on the wall and wraped with the staircase gracefully, lightly, lively and continuously from the main entrance to the farthest point in the space of the first floor and in a tight manner that connects the floors, walls and ceiling.
Neglected places have been taken advantage of and invested well, such as fitting rooms, services, a toilet, display stands such as the void under the stairs, and some difficult-to-use corners on the first floor.
The columns in the middle of the space were processed in the form of display stands useful, serve the function, and meet the need from the four sides alike, in a distinctive and eye-catching manner, and a tight, solid, and somewhat complex mass architectural composition.
The ceiling also came rich in formations, blocks, and geometric cavities with a strong visual impact and a remarkable and appropriate presence, where the employed lighting elements played an important role in highlighting the elements of space and its various configurations.
The exterior facades were studied and designed within a metal composition of composite aluminum panels and glass extended, continuous and integrated, linking the two ends of the store with each other in an extended and continuous relation that conceals the angle of refraction in the building, which gives a sense of awe, enormity and breadth to the display facades on the two floors.
Also, neutral colors were employed with a warm sensation in the interior spaces giving way to the clothes displayed in their rich colors to play the role of vitality. Also, the use of red and black in the external facades contributed to giving a touch of distinction, powerful presence, and the required importance, and attract attention to the place from a relatively far distance, which made this place like a distinguishing mark in the street in which it is located.
