The goal in this work was to develop a remarkable, distinctive, and extraordinary visual composition in the first place, especially for children, which constitutes an powerful incentive to enter and explore the place.
so, to achieve that, the external facades of this store were designed in the form of a spaceship, and the focus was on showing the technical aspect, taking care of the fine details, and employing striking colors and a robust presence in the general scene.
The store is located in the corner of a commercial building and its area is relatively small. In order to give a sense of spaciousness, vastness and hugeness, a continuous, extended and involuted lines were adopted, which worked to merge both corners of the store with each other so that it appeared as if it were a single block.
In terms of preserving the environment and the principles of sustainable design that we adopt in our work, we relied on iron ore, glass, basalt stone and natural granite in the implementation of the entire formations adopted by the design in the formation of the external facades.
Finally, This work is an extension of the method we followed in our design process based on creating unusual design and functional solutions, presenting a different vision in the approved configurations, avoiding all kinds of competition, and focusing on achieving visual pleasure, benefit, comfort and ease of use within the framework of the trilogy of science, art, visual and functional pleasure, and offering new geometric relations extraordinary in line with the spirit of the age and future outlook.

The design in this work was based on the foundations and principles of high-tech architecture. The challenge was how to create a striking and distinctive geometric composition within the crowded architectural forms and compositions in this important commercial street. From here was the starting point where we adopted the shape of the prominent and convex arch towards the outside in the design of the frame of the external facade of the office with the employment of a group of longitudinal and transverse partitions and cuts for this frame. We also moved towards adopting an unusual method in fixing the glass by employing spiders from the outside instead of the inside.
This work is one of the first works that embodies the approach we followed in our design process based on creating unusual design and functional solutions, presenting a different vision in the approved configurations, avoiding all kinds of competition, and focusing on achieving visual pleasure, benefit, comfort and ease of use within the framework of the trilogy of science, art, visual and functional pleasure, and offering new geometric relations extraordinary in line with the spirit of the age and future outlook.

The designed boutique is an area distributed on two levels, ground floors with an area of (25) square meters. It includes the functions of the main entrance, reception, cashier, stair, Fitting room, and a set of internal and external display stands and facades. While the first floor has an area of (100) square meters and includes the same functions as the ground floor, but with a larger quantity.
The spaces, architectural blocks, forms and shapes employed in the design were studied to optimally invest the available space that serves the required function and the desired requirements in a bold manner and a clear challenge due to the narrowness of the space, its different directions and the large number of columns and barriers within it. Graceful formations, kinetic relation, and extended and continuous curved lines have been adopted in a clear effort to connect the two levels with each other with a unified and continuous visual composition, a lively and sometimes noisy atmosphere, and appropriate to the nature of the specialization.
The staircase was studied in a distinctive manner that encourages the customer to go up and complete his tour of the place and explore its various activities. This was done by employing a number of architectural formations distributed on the wall and wraped with the staircase gracefully, lightly, lively and continuously from the main entrance to the farthest point in the space of the first floor and in a tight manner that connects the floors, walls and ceiling.
Neglected places have been taken advantage of and invested well, such as fitting rooms, services, a toilet, display stands such as the void under the stairs, and some difficult-to-use corners on the first floor.
The columns in the middle of the space were processed in the form of display stands useful, serve the function, and meet the need from the four sides alike, in a distinctive and eye-catching manner, and a tight, solid, and somewhat complex mass architectural composition.
The ceiling also came rich in formations, blocks, and geometric cavities with a strong visual impact and a remarkable and appropriate presence, where the employed lighting elements played an important role in highlighting the elements of space and its various configurations.
The exterior facades were studied and designed within a metal composition of composite aluminum panels and glass extended, continuous and integrated, linking the two ends of the store with each other in an extended and continuous relation that conceals the angle of refraction in the building, which gives a sense of awe, enormity and breadth to the display facades on the two floors.
Also, neutral colors were employed with a warm sensation in the interior spaces giving way to the clothes displayed in their rich colors to play the role of vitality. Also, the use of red and black in the external facades contributed to giving a touch of distinction, powerful presence, and the required importance, and attract attention to the place from a relatively far distance, which made this place like a distinguishing mark in the street in which it is located.

The area of the project is (3500) square meters distributed over three floors, a mezzanine and a basement. On the western side, it includes the main management headquarters for Abu Arab group companies, the main showroom and the restaurant on the ground floor and in the mezzanine, and the factory in the basement and the rest of the floors, in addition to a wide range of public facilities and services.
The building is surrounded by grand landscape with an area of (4000) square meters, which includes a number of service activities such as an outdoor bar, various sessions, and large areas of water bodies, green grass, and umbrellas.
The focus in the design was on a group of modern treatments, lines, and balanced and continuous forms, so that they constitute a vigorous element and a distinctive attraction point, especially for those travelers on the highway leading to Jordan.
The internal spaces for the various activities were treated in a modern, thoughtful and rational manner to suit the function and meet the customer's requirements. It was grafted with traditional elements and motifs inspired by the visual identity of brand approved by the company.
A group of natural materials, such as granite, basalt, oak wood, chrome, and glass, were adopted in the treatment of most of the spaces studied in the project, as well as the internal and external claddings.
Designing the exterior facades of a private hospital in Damascus
Elevations Area: 2036 square meters
Year: 2011
This work was realized in the year 2011, which is a study and design of the exterior elevations of a private hospital in Damascus, consisting of five floors and a ground floor, where the total area of the surfaces of the external facades is about 2036 square meters.
In the proposed design, all functional considerations, service requirements and conditions set by the customer and the approved norm in the city were taken in consideration.
The focus in the presented work was to highlight the aesthetic aspect of the outer cover that makes the first impression on people and extinguish a kind of intimate, simple and calm appearance at the same time, which gives a feeling of comfort and self-assurance.
environment-friendly materials such as aluminum composite panels, glass and chrome were adopted in a rather quiet style in the treatment of design lines, which was manifested by the horizontal extension and parallel lines with movement and flexibility at an angle of 45 degrees and wide glass areas, taking in consideration the orientation and privacy in the proposed Architectural composition.
The concept that we expos in this design comes within the fundamentals of our design style, which are the pleasure of integrated extraordinary design, sustainability and visual dazzle with structure and material, and achieving the trilogy of science, art, visual and functional pleasure, which we have adopted initial base for our design work.

This work is an extension of the method we followed in our design process based on creating unusual design and functional solutions, presenting a different vision in the approved configurations, avoiding all kinds of competition, and focusing on achieving visual pleasure, benefit, comfort and ease of use within the framework of the trilogy of science, art, visual and functional pleasure, and offering new geometric relations extraordinary in line with the spirit of the age and future outlook.
In this work, we present a study and design for management office for one of the largest printing presses in Damascus. The studied space consists of a reception, showroom, design studio, kitchenet and w.c, within an area of 35 square meters.
The design was based on the origami style within a deconstructive framework that relies on geometric lines, blocks, formations and relations that extend and refract from the entrance to the interior space and continue to form the rest of the activities of the space and branch out on the walls and ceiling within sharp and obtuse angles and balanced and tight kinetic forms.
To emphasize movement and continuity in the design, we added a clear and visible orange stripe that extends and connects most of the furniture, walls and ceiling combinations.
The volumes, furniture’s masses and display cabinets have been studied So that secure the greatest amount optimally exploit the available space that serves the desired function and requirements. The design corner was also studied to accommodate the specified number of designers and suit the required job.
The principle of free suspension was followed for most of the elements of the space, with the aim of achieving agility and lightness, taking advantage of the available space at the highest level, and liberating the plan and give an atmosphere of spaciousness despite the narrowness of the space.
We followed the contrast method in colors and adopted the black and white colors in order to highlight the design blocks and the employed forms. The somewhat warm orange color was also included in order to extinguish an atmosphere of vitality and activity for the place and make it more stimulating to creativity among the designers.
finally, and for the great importance of the presence of natural material in the space, oak wood was adopted to made lighting blocks, display cabinets and the service door.
Study and design real estate development office-Damascus-2016
Area: 33 m²
Year: 2016
This work comes within the fundamentals of our design style based on, which are the pleasure of integrated extraordinary design, sustainability and visual dazzle with structure and material, and achieving the trilogy of science, art, visual and functional pleasure, which we have adopted initial base for our design work.
The design idea was launched from the principle of showing the concept of development considering the office bears the characteristic of real estate development, so the approach followed was to adopt future lines and shapes that keep pace and precede contemporary and suggest continuity and positive progress.
As the studied place is relatively small (33) square meters, and the area of work offices does not exceed 25 square meters, we oriented our design towards the abolition of borders and angles and the adoption of extended and connected lines and obtuse angles from the corridor and the external distributed space over the main entrance to the office and continue framing the entire corners of the space passing through the public utilities, secretarial and decorative partitions, all the way to the manager’s section.
A compact design has been built that connects all the elements of the place within a tight structure so that the functional elements of the space such as the fireplace, the display screen, the library, the lighting blocks and even the desks are an integral part of the aesthetic lines adopted in the formation of the internal cladding of the walls and ceiling.
In order to extinguish an atmosphere of weirdness and interesting dazzle, we went towards showing the absolute contrast in the spaces by adopting the black and white colors and highlighting the decorative partition employed as a library in an explicit and clear golden color, in order to enhance the concept of luxury and futurism, considering that the gold ore has a chronological signification that expressed preserving the high value of the elements made of it as well. also, gold is used as a coating material for the most complex technologies of the new age, such as space stations, satellites, and many high-performance electronic parts. All of this was evident in the structures of the walls, which depended on lines and friezes extended with flexibility and continuity of movement that simulating the lines of copper connections used in electronic circuits.
The presence of the triangular shape and hierarchical oriented structure is one of the basics of the approach that we follow in most of our work, because of its visual impact and a striking presence that expressing movement, permanent progress and forward orientation, and strongly embodies our concept of out of the ordinary, breaking the structure of the regular shape and employing the acute angle despite the difficulty of dealing with the resulting solutions.
From the point of view of preserving the environment and the principles of sustainable design that we adopt in our work, we have relied on natural wood in the implementation of all the structures adopted by the design in the interior solutions, in addition to the materials of glass, chrome and iron, which was used in the structure of the entire external facades.

In this work, we present the study and design of a boutique Store for women’s cloth in Damascus. The studied space consists of a main entrance, display facades, a reception and accounting corner, a showroom, a (w.c) and a service buffet, within an area of 22 square meters.
The design was based on the principles of parametric modelling within an organic framework that relies on geometric lines, blocks, formations and relations that extend and refract from the entrance to the interior and continue to form the rest of the activities of the space and branch out on the walls and ceiling within balanced and tight kinetic angles and forms.

In this work, we present a study, design and executing of a restaurant and café in Damascus. The project consists of the main restaurant block which consisting of two floors with an area of (100) square meters each, a kiosk for preparing hot and cold drinks and chocolate with an area of (25) square meters, a back terrace with an area of (35) square meters, and a front landscape with an area of 100 square meters.
The approved design was based on the principles of parametric design within a deconstructive framework that adopts lines, blocks, forms, and geometric relations that are extended and refracted from the entrance to the interior space and continuous to form the rest activities of the place and branch out on the walls and ceiling within balanced and tight kinetic angles and forms.
The spaces, architectural blocks, sizes and shapes employed in the design were studied to enable the optimal use of the available space that serves the required function and the desired needs.
The presence of the triangular shape and pyramidical oriented structure is one of the basics of the approach that we follow in most of our work, because of its visual impact and a striking presence that expressing movement, permanent progress and forward orientation, and strongly embodies our concept of out of the ordinary, breaking the structure of the regular shape and employing the acute angle despite the difficulty of dealing with the resulting solutions.
In order to connect with nature and generate a sense of enthusiasm and suspense, we adopted the principle of growth, flexibility, and kinetic continuity for space elements, which serve also the aim of achieving agility and lightness, making use of the available space at the highest level, liberating the architectural space, and suggesting spaciousness, despite the narrowness of the space. That’s clearly appeared in the formation of the spiral stair, which formed of a single line that extends from the wall behind the reception table and continues to the ceiling and breaks downwards, then extends in a spiral manner to form the stair of ascension and linked with the elements constituting the formations of the first floor, all that gives the visitor a sense of confidence and solidity and motivates him to ascend and explore the first floor and the rest of the activities of the place.
The principle of growth was clearly enshrined in the triangular wooden formations of the decorative partition next to the stairs, which present a dynamic movement from the ground towards the ceiling, and continue with parametric formations to turn into pyramids of light, and then meet with the formation of the center column, which is designed in the form of a tree stump, which morphed and abstract in a remarkable geometric shape, adding a sense of balance and safety and ensuring The stability of the studied space..
Moving upwards, and after completing the spiral formation of the staircase, we tended to employ the pyramidical shape in processing the sides of the staircase and with a continuous parametric formation that extended upwards to connect with the ceiling and form the spiral lighting block hanging from the ceiling, in order to extinguish a feeling similar to climbing mountains and navigating through rugged rocks, and to enrich this Feeling a lot of plants has been added and profusely in this area.
We deliberately employed transparent materials in the treatment the ceiling of the first floor, in order to connect with nature and give a sense of spaciousness and visual comfort, knowing that the ceiling of the main hall in up stare is fully sliding and concealable.
Also, a metal formation simulating tree branches was employed and extends from the entrance to the hall at the end of the staircase and branches in the ceiling in different directions and overlaps with a number of wooden lighting pyramids.
The slope behind the restaurant was studied and designed in a way that suits the special personality of the restaurant and emphasizes the importance of the natural green elements in the general landscape of the studied project, where special types of plants and flowers were employed with extended and broken lines and triangular areas of red roses, emphasizing them with strip lighting and the extended areas of the green meadow in a framework Color integration with the color of the red flowers..
In the back terrace, natural basalt stone was employed with various formations and somewhat rational design lines, in order to make the most of the available space, and in order to add a kind of intimacy, psychological comfort, and visual and auditory pleasure, a softly flowing mural waterfall element has been added to the restaurant's back walls and A number of plant basins has been added within the waterfall, with an emphasis on hidden lighting.
The back staircase was dealt with as an essential first element in receiving the visitors coming from the back way of the restaurant, where metal construction were employed irregularly coiled in different directions and in a red color that draws the visitor and hanging up the mass of zigzag lighting element in form look like Lightning and motivating to move forward and explore the place.
On the front landscape, a huge screen (3 * 6 m) was added as an element of attraction and motivation for people to visit the place, siting for a long time, and enjoy their favorite programs while eating. Also, the formations of the plant ponds in the terrace were used as public sittings, which were treated with extended and continuous broken lines of natural wood material. The triangular forms was also employed in the treatment of tree ponds in the middle, and employed them as public fixed sittings that accommodate a large number of visitors.
In order to secure large orders and to relieve pressure on the internal restaurant services kitchen, we resorted to adding an external preparation and serving kiosk specialized in securing all kinds of hot and cold drinks and chocolate. in this part also, We have adopted the same method that we used in treating most parts of the restaurant, including broken lines, sharp angles, and pyramid forms and in focusing on the importance of employing the logos as an important and remarkable visual design element. A metal formation was added with a parametric formation that connects the main restaurant block and the kiosk block in order to emphasize the organic relationship between themes.
The dazzling method of size and geometric formation was followed in the treatment of the external elevations, relying mainly on pyramid forms refracted with sharp angles and with a longitudinal and vertical extension that is graceful and continuous and extends from the front facade of the restaurant towards the side and back facades, also, and to secure the required transparency for the glass facades surrounding the restaurant halls on the two floors, we resorted to adding A hollow parametric metal formation in a pure red color to emphasize the importance of the place and secure the function of breaking the sun's rays at peak times without affecting the external view of the restaurant halls. We also intended to highlight the logos as an important element in the process of visual reading of the function without the need to resort to writing.
Inside the restaurant and within the services space, the buffet, and the kitchen, we resorted to employing the pyramidical shape also in designing the doors, storage, and most of the service activities in these sections, with the addition of an important element in our design approach, which is the recessed fretwork, with a geometric formation closer to a spider’s web, and in a pure red color to frame the pyramid formations and emphasize their importance.
Also, the decorative partitions, windows, glass facades, and the facades of some furniture elements also not devoid of the design elements and formations used in the rest of the project sections, as they were enriched with dynamic broken lines and parametric formations, in which the triangle had the most prominent role.

In this work, we present study, design, and executing of a residential apartment in Damascus, with a total area of (140) square meters, consisting of main entrance, salon, living room, master bedroom that includes a private bathroom and dressing room, boys’ bedroom, girls’ bedroom, kitchen with dining room, terrace, and public bathroom.
The entrance work as a functional distributor. it is in the middle of the apartment and represents an organizer of movement within the place, as it receives visitors and leads to the complete functions of the apartment in a free and independent manner. It has been treated with great care from a design point, as it is the first space that receives the visitor and give the first imprition of the whole place. In treatment of this important part, we adopted the principle of transparency and openness by adopting glass in the doors and wall coverings, and employing a large mirror as a console that covers the entire side wall. in order to give a feeling of spaciousness and spaciousness in this Part we made longitudinal gaps in the wall opposite the main entrance which provide at the same time natural lighting for this corner.
The main salon was treated as an open, extended space, integrated with the living room and the terrace, with the aim of creating a kind of spaciousness and breadth.
